Creating Your Account
To begin, visit our website and click on the "Sign Up" button. Enter your email address and create a strong password. Once you've verified your email, you'll be ready to set up your Kleef AI workspace.

Connecting Your LinkedIn Account
Before you can start your outreach campaigns, you'll need to connect your LinkedIn account:
a. Navigate to the "LinkedIn Accounts" section in your dashboard.
b. Click on "Connect LinkedIn Account".
c. You'll be redirected to an external LinkedIn login page to authorize Kleef AI. Grant the necessary permissions.
d. Once connected, you'll see your LinkedIn profile information in the Kleef AI dashboard.
Building Your Prospect List
There are two primary ways to add prospects to your campaigns:
Option A: Importing Prospects
a. Go to the "Prospects" section and click "Import Prospects".
b. Upload your CSV file containing prospect information.
c. Map the CSV columns to the appropriate fields in Kleef AI.
d. Review and confirm the import.
Option B: LinkedIn Search
a. In the "Prospects" section, click "New LinkedIn Search".
b. Go to LinkedIn, enter your search and copy the URL
c. Paste the URL in the app, select the number of leads and click "Import" to add them to your prospect list.
Creating Your First Campaign
Now that you have prospects, it's time to create your campaign:
a. Navigate to the "Campaigns" section and click "Create New Campaign".
b. Give your campaign a name and select the prospect list you want to target.
c. In the campaign builder, you'll see a visual workflow. It automatically starts with the "Select Lead List" node.
d. Add subsequent nodes for actions like "Visit Profile", "Send Connection Request", and "Send Message".
e. For each node, configure the settings, such as connection request notes or message templates.
f. Use conditional nodes to create branching paths based on prospect actions.
g. Configure your preferred language, schedule and timezone in settings.
h. Publish your campaign when you're satisfied with the workflow. No worries, it will not be launched yet.

Launching Your Campaign
Once your campaign is set up:
a. Review all settings and ensure your LinkedIn account is properly connected.
b. Click the "Launch" button to activate your campaign.
c. Kleef AI will now start executing the workflow for each prospect in your list. You can review the progress in the queue page.
Managing Integrations
To enhance your workflow, set up integrations in the Settings:
a. Go to the "Settings" section and select "Integrations".
b. You'll find options for tools like Slack, Calendly, and CRM systems.
c. Follow the prompts to connect each service you want to use with Kleef AI.
Monitoring Your Inbox
As your campaign runs, you'll start receiving responses:
a. Check the "Inbox" section regularly to view and respond to messages.
b. Use the conversation view to see the full history with each prospect.
c. Utilize quick reply templates or personalize your responses as needed.
